             if we would like to cheat you, we would never tell you the parcel was returned, 
             we may just tell you that the parcel is on the way, then waiting to the shipping time over, 
             as you know, dispute hurt us heavily, we never ever would like to refund through dispute :(
             but to protect your right, we have no Hesitation to accept the dispute to refund you, 
             however, after we did nice for you, only got your harmful nagative feedback, :(
              we propose to refund you $1 in your next order as delay compensation, is it ok for you?
